The International Association of Regenerative Therapy (IART) is a non-profit organization of Physicians, Scientists, and Practice Owners engaged in the practice, teaching, or research of regenerative therapies. The Association is dedicated to advancing physicians’ and advanced care professionals’ knowledge through education, research, and promotion of the art and science of regenerative therapies in the practice of comprehensive healthcare.

The IART 2024 Annual Conference is September 18-21, 2024, at the Pyle Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus in Madison, Wisconsin. 

This conference will bring together physicians and practice owners to advance their skills in regenerative treatments including prolotherapy, shockwave, ultrasound-guided procedures, and other treatments to improve patient outcomes. Attendees will be both virtual and in-person, with additional learning opportunities for those in-person attendees. 

IART is a multi-specialty physician and allied healthcare professionals’ association, with Family Practice, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, and Sports Medicine among the specialties represented. IART currently has an email distribution list of approximately 300. Conference attendees will be both virtual and in-person, with an es1mate of over 100 total attendees.

This conference is focused on prolotherapy, a regenerative injection therapy, for MSK pain and its role in helping patients heal. IART has a long history in prolotherapy, stemming from the roots of the Hackett Hemwall Paterson Foundation. IART is happy to bring the conference back to Madison, WI this year. It will include didactic sessions, hands-on workshops with live models, cadaver injection training, and ultrasound training.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Visibility

IART 2024 conference offers two days of exhibit booth exposure, as well as more casual opportunities to network at the banquet and happy hour. There will be multiple breaks each day to allow attendees to meet with exhibitors and we will work to increase exposure opportunities targeted to your needs.

Installation of Exhibits:

Thursday, September 19 • 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Exhibits open at 10:00 a.m. with the first refreshment break during Pre-Conference workshops.

Please have your booth area set by 9:00 a.m. to provide the ultimate experience for the Attendees and your company. If desired, we will work with you for exhibit set-up on the evening of Wednesday, September 18. Please let us know if this is when you would like to install.

Dismantling Exhibits:

Friday, September 20 • 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

All exhibits must be dismantled by 5:00 p.m. No packing of equipment, literature, etc., or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted until all attendees have vacated the meeting space. After dismantling and packing, exhibitors are invited to join the attendees for the Happy Hour which will directly follow the educational sessions on Friday.

- WebConnection -

This webinar will promote your business by joining our bi-monthly WebConnection! These events are virtual during which a member of IART presents on a topic related to Prolotherapy/Regenerative Medicine. Presentations are recorded and shared online so those who miss the event can still view it. Your WebConnection sponsorship will live on well past the actual session.

- Exhibit Space - 

Want to meet and talk to all of our great attendees? Then an exhibit space is the way to go! You will have a table, with electricity (if needed), where you will be able to display your company information and products. Typically, you can plan on 8x6 foot area of display space for your company. Our attendees are all looking for solutions to help grow their business and the booths are always well attended.

- Demo Video - 

An additional video about your business or product will be added to the virtual conference schedule list for online attendees to view. This video is created by your business and can be up to 60 minutes long.

- Sponsored Email - 

An email announcing your attendance at the conference will be sent to all members of IART. Information and links about your business will be included in the email for both attendees and non-attendees to view.

There is no better way to tell your story than to speak in front of our audience. We have one sponsored talk available, 20 minutes in length, during our conference dinner.
